1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777gk ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777gk website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any portion of the 777gk Platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a professional or agent of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 777gk or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777gk or any affiliated platform, or if you have, your self-exclusion period has fully elapsed and has been formally lifted by 777gk's responsible gaming team.
• You are not suffering from any gambling-related disorder that would render participation in online gaming harmful to your personal wellbeing or financial situation.

777gk reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 777gk Platform only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777gk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.

777gk may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during account activity. Required documents may include a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 777gk Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL bank transfer
• UBL bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• Visa card
• USDT (Tether — cryptocurrency)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are published in the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically. 777gk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 777gk accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts generally settle within one to three business days. USDT withdrawals are subject to prevailing blockchain network conditions.

777gk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending review where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete identity verification. In such cases, the affected Player will be notified and given reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Funds deposited into your 777gk account may only be used for gaming on the Platform. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to wager — for instance, as a method of currency conversion — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

777gk may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 777gk promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 777gk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already active in a Player's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured in accordance with the terms current at the time of activation.

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and over only.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777gk sportsbook and casino games are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

General betting conditions applicable to all wagers placed on 777gk:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777gk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 777gk reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• For cricket and other live in-play markets, bets accepted during a live event are settled on the basis of the final recorded result by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures).

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777gk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds associated with the prohibited activity:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a previous account closure or obtaining multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777gk Platform — including but not limited to the 777gk brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of 777gk or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 777gk.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 777gk account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

777gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
